Service Agreement

Please read the agreement below, then choose your plan to subscribe.

1. What's Included

Your subscription includes the following, fully managed by Digital Tradies:

Professional website (up to 5 pages) — designed for your trade
Mobile-first, fast-loading design with contact forms and click-to-call
Hosting, SSL certificate, and security
Ongoing maintenance, updates, and backups
Basic on-page SEO setup
Pro plan only: Google Business Profile management, automated review collection, monthly SEO content, priority support

2. Pricing & Payment

Setup fee: £0 — there is no upfront cost
Starter plan: £49/month, billed monthly via Stripe
Pro plan: £79/month, billed monthly via Stripe
Your first payment is taken when you subscribe

3. Delivery

Your website will be ready for review within 3 working days of receiving your details
You'll get a link to review and request changes before going live
Revisions within the agreed scope are included at no extra cost

4. Website Files & Ownership

Important: During the first 12 months of your subscription, the website design, code, and assets are the intellectual property of Digital Tradies. If you cancel within this period, the website files will not be transferred to you and the site will be taken offline.

After 12 months, the website files belong to you
If you cancel after 12 months, we'll hand over all files and help with the transition
Your domain name is always yours — we never hold it hostage

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice via WhatsApp or email
There is no exit fee or cancellation penalty
Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline at the end of the billing period

6. Changes & Support

Content changes, photo swaps, and design tweaks — contact us via WhatsApp or email
We aim to action minor requests within 2 working days
For technical issues (site down, errors): contact us immediately and we'll prioritise

I have read and agree to the terms of this service agreement. I understand the website file ownership terms in section 4, and that my subscription will be billed monthly via Stripe.
